In this section, I present some projects I've completed, demonstrating how consulting generates a direct impact on organizations' results.

Metalúrgica Barra do Piraí – A/S
- 2022 — Deployment of MBP's New Industrial Unit
- 2014 — Project — Unification of two metalworking plants into a single production unit
- 2013 to 2026 — Generation of 855 KAIZENs (waste reduction and process improvement)
- 2026 – Implementation of Lean in the Commercial area initiated - Lean Sales
Results achieved:

AGP Group – Europe / Ghent, Flemish Region, Belgium
- 2023 — Logistic, Materials, and Shipping Process Diagnosis.
- 2023 - Business Plan Development (BPD) Implementation, broken down into 5 categories – Shipping area.

AGC Glass of Brazil – Ltd.
Work done: Italy and Belgium.
- 2013 — Implementation of the New Factory's Logistics Process in Guaratinguetá-SP
- 2012 – Implementation of AGC Distribution Center in Brazil in Guarulhos-SP
- Important: Internal and external packaging development, Transportation, and Reverse Logistics.

Guardian Glass of Brazil - Ltd.
Projects completed: Brazil, Spain, Venezuela, and Mexico.
- 1999–2000 — Support in Operational Restructuring at the Venezuela Plant.
- 1998 — Support in the Deployment of Guardian Industries in Brazil

Michelin Society of Industrial and Commercial Holdings Ltd.
- 2009 — Creation of the Lean Manufacturing School for the Latin American Geographic Zone

Estanho de Rondônia S/A (ERSA), a CSN company – Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional
- 2019 — Structuring and support of - Process Engineering - (mining and metallurgy area), Production Planning and Control (PCP), Supplies – (purchasing and contracting), Warehouse, Health, Safety and Environment (SESMT), Environment, and HR.

Volkswagen Trucks and Buses Modular Consortium, IOCHPE-MAXION S.A
- 1996 — Participation in the implementation of the Volkswagen Trucks project in Resende-RJ. Area of expertise: Process Engineering.
- The concept and design of Volkswagen Trucks and Buses' Modular Consortium in Resende (RJ), inaugurated in 1996, were driven by the Spanish executive Ignacio López de Arriortúa. The implementation involved VW engineering in conjunction with partner suppliers who assemble complete modules within the factory.
